Go until overwhelmed
Stop, rest, restore
Take care of things
Go again until overwhelmed
Each time a little further
Each time a little more confident
Each time overwhelmed again
Learning to handle overwhelmed
Pushing further each time
Feeling good
Learning more
Making progress
Letting go
Experimenting
Having fun
Mastering
